In this project Rottie Built was tasked with the repair of a hammer mill at a local metal processor. One of the retaining ears responsible for securing the upper hopper to the main grinder housing of the mill sheared off of the machine. Using Oxy/Acetylene and stick welding to perform a full penetration weld the mill was quickly repaired and down time was greatly minimized.
